The maintenance staff is responsible for maintaining and making repairs to the common areas of the building.
Repairs within the units are the responsibility of the unit owners.
As a service to residents, the Resident
Manager is available to perform selected repairs within your unit. These are usually limited to minor repairs relating
to plumbing, electrical and heating/air conditioning.
All service requests can be submitted to the concierge
on duty. Requests received on the weekends or holidays (non-emergency) will be handled on the next business day by the
